As I Standby

Christmas is getting closer. I would say it is going to be fun in my part because I have a big family here. Although I am going to miss my other siblings because they went abroad. They can’t spend Christmas with us but that is okay. The most important thing is they are fine and enjoying holiday season. It would be merrier to have them here but they are thousands miles away so it is not easy to travel back and forth especially if they are not ready. My mom will cook delicious foods to serve for Noche Buena. Our relatives may come here as it is a usual gathering for us. From my grandmother down to our cousins will come here to celebrate the Christmas evening. We are going to do fun stuffs and we may not go to sleep not until on the following day, on Christmas Day. I can’t wait for the day to come!

Oh I just had a cup of vanilla with rum coffee while reading a book, now am wide awake, I used to drink milk before to help me full awake, especially when I had an upcoming exams, lots of notes or books to study and digest but I notice coffee helps me more, am trying not to drink too much though because it is not good having too much caffeine in our body don’t want get addicted to it. I just hated it when I started yawning and all I can think is creeping to bed and just get some sleep especially right after supper. haha.. Oh sometimes in our class, my eyes just close especially when the subject is kinda boring, it is hard to pay attention to the lectures, good thing is I don’t snore or else I will be in trouble with my teacher, but am trying to work everything out before it is too late. haha. Just talked with my sis online, she is preparing for christmas party, one of her friends invited her. She is very excited for it as well as my niece. Our little cutie. Nicole acts like an adult, very smart and tricky. Anyways, my sis always get invited because she is such a sweet person and fun to be around, everybody loves her. She has a great life but yet very simple and a person who is always there when you needed her the most. She has a good heart, I thank God for having her in our life, wonderful daughter, sister, wife and a mother, and a friend. She is everything you most ever wanted. She can be mean if you mess with her and as long as she knows she is not hurting anybody and not her fault. She is raised in a closed tied and a God fearing family. She has faith all the time. We love you sis. Thank you for everything,. Very proud of you! xoxo

I love watching Showbiz news ngayon by ABS CBN kapamilya, it updates me for entertainment news and stuff even when I am sleepy makes me awake, their show is late at night, so I just sit around in  the couch and enjoyed watching Kris Aquino and boy Abunda, they convey their words nicely , for me the action of media itself  is a very powerful can make the unknown people famous.. Am wondering that it must be hard for some actresses or actors by making their private life to public and not leaving them alone, eventhough it helps them a lot because that is the way they can get attention from people. How did they deal when they got a negative thoughts from people because of indecency news? or bad things about them? every move they make is like recorded it seems like they need to hide anywhere they go because they cant have a normal life. If that is how they live am sure they missed lots of stuffed or things needs to be done in this world as a free people.

Me and my brothers were outside playing guitar earlier, until our mom called us for dinner, We love playing music together, I like to string the guitar and sing a song, and as well as my bros, we take turns. Sometimes we fight because competition arises but I guess that is normal among siblings, everybody wants to be pleased by others, it is also a good thing because it makes us do better. I think my family is a music lover, most of us have passion for it, we enjoyed doing it all the time.  I was discouraged first time I played it, because it sounds horrible however, eventually after trying and trying many times I got it and it seems am improving and getting good at it. I learned by reading in books or through online, Sometimes I would be up just working hard with the chords and scales. I did some basic drills and repeated it constantly until I nailed it. Now am just loving and enjoying it, It was worthy of practicing and just take a step by step. yahoo!!!

I been writing down for some games for Christmas, We will have a family gathering during Christmas day.. Everybody in my family will be around, mostly full of kids..haha. factory of kids.. haha!! It is fun being with them, do some games, it will be fun, I am going to prepare some prizes too, am thinking toys and candies am sure that will make them all giggles and excited, I love being with my nieces and nephews, they always call me uncle Rico, and I love it. My mother loves it when she has all her grandkids around. They gave her joy all the time. I cant wait to celebrate our Christmas. Merry Christmas everybody…

Just watching some Filipino news, mostly about the upcoming election next year, I am disgusted with the tragedy happened in the southern part about the massacre due to political reasons, As one of new generations in my country I am very disappointed on how dirty our politics is, Is there any hope for us and will the selfishness and obsession for power will change for the better? when is this bad things stop? and yet as I ca n see, for the sake of being elected, politicians have forgotten the best interest of what the Philippines and its Filipino people badly need, but who is to be blamed? What seems to be wrong is that we Filipinos vote our candidates because of their looks, because of how much money they spent on the campaign and not because of their qualities, character, ability and honest to goodness intentions to make our country to be proud of. Now lots of people died just because of the greed of some people for power. I hope things will change. We need a real one and not just those hypocrites who have lots of promises and corrupt as long as they can. We need to wake up and do something. ..

Tiger Woods accident update: Will Tiger Woods wife Elin Nordegren be arrested

November 30: Tiger Woods accident update: Will Tiger Woods wife Elin Nordegren be arrested. Will Elin, Tiger Woods wife be arrested for domestic violence if it is established that she attacked the great golf player. Media reports have suggested that she attacked Tiger Woods and the bruises on his face were the result from her and not the car as it was earlier reported.
Notwithstanding the fact that his car’s front was badly damaged, he remained unscathed and reports suggest that the facial injuries were caused by his wife.

Though Tiger Woods has denied the rumors in the media as mere gossip, people have to believe these reports as so far Woods has been inaccessible to the police.

A Gossip news website TMZ has said that Florida Highway Patrol may seek search warrant of Tiger Woods residence to see his medical reports.

It also says that if it is established that facial bruises were caused by beating by his wife, his wife may be arrested.

Christmas season is here, the things that I love the most of this time is that the family gathering. Philippines is the only Asian country where Christians predominate, and we are very proud to proclaim our Christmas to be the longest and merriests. Having a wonderful time  eating  that violet puto,exchanging gift, parties, firing firecrackers pointing to the neighboring premises, Christmas is like no other. The wonderful things about here in our country Filipinos still following Christmas traditions 9 days simbang gabi, parol, puto bumbong, bibingka, noche buena…and since this happens only once a year, it is a much anticipated time of the year for everybody. I love the spirit of Christmas. where there is love, kindness and care with each other, I love watching christmas decorations too, lanterns, christmas tress, and some other abundant and beautiful decors.  Whee.. what  a wonderful life!!!
